1. Why is YouCantrol $29 per month when others offer hosting for $4.00?
Actually our hosting is free! The $29.00 per month is a subscription to our easy to use Content Management Systems (CMS). When you host with another company at $4.00 per month, you will need to either purchase expensive web design software or pay a web programmer $75/hour to make simple changes. If you make even one change per month to your website, you're already saving money with YouCantrol. There's no software to purchase and making changes is really easy. Try it out for free!
2. Can YouCantrol be added to my existing site?
Since YouCantrol is a hosted service, it can not be added to your existing website. However, we occasionally add new features to YouCantrol and you don't have to do a thing—and at no additional cost to you. Your website is hosted in our top-tier hosting facility on amazing servers supported by redundancies on each and every critical system.
3. Can I have e-commerce on my website?
Yes. Our websites come standard with a complete shopping cart and order management solution. The store is easily integrated with Paypal, Stripe, Google Checkout, and Authorize.net. Simply contact us and ask us to activate your YouCantrol shopping cart.
4. What is CMS?
CMS means Content Management System. This is the means in which you can add and edit the text, photos and other elements that make up the content of your site.
5. Can YouCantrol host my e-mail?
Not at this time, but we do have a great solution - Google’s G-mail. A reliable service that’s easy to implement AND it’s Free! G-mail allows the user to set up an email box using their domain name. So let’s say your name is Dave and you work with us here at youcantrol.com. You could set up an address like: email@example.com. We know what you’re thinking…oooh, very professional. If you would like us to handle this for you there is a small one-time fee. Please contact us for more information or to order this service.
6. Does it work on Macs?
Yes! That's what we use! And of course it works on PCs too. YouCantrol is an online application so there's nothing to install. All you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser. Both Safari and Firefox are supported on Mac. On PC, we officially support IE 6 or later and Firefox. Linux users can also use Firefox.
7. Can I design my own site?
Sort of. You can take one of our existing templates and and change it all you want. This does require limited programming skills and some basic knowledge of HTML code. If this is really what you want to do, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
8. Is it REALLY as easy as you say?
Yes. If you've ever used Microsoft Word or a similar text editor, you will be a whiz at editing your website. But don't just take our word for it. See for yourself on these video demonstrations.

10. What is the difference between web design and web development?
With web design, you probably already have all of the content for your website (photos, text, website flow chart, etc.), then a designer simply designs the user interface of your site and lays out the pages. With Web Development, you need to develop a plan and content for your web site, and we have experienced developers available to help you. This includes a discovery process to find out what you need on your site, to "outdo" your competitors. We'll write the text, select the photos and design the entire website. Web development is much more involved and will cost more than design. For more information and pricing on web development, contact us.
